Herbs and wild plants have a long tradition in the herb village of Irschen. Since then, the knowledge and experiences about the diverse use and processing of herbs and medicinal plants have been passed on to visitors and guests in guided tours, seminars and lectures.

Over the last 30 years, a number of interesting garden and herb stations have been created, which can be visited on circular routes through the herb village of Irschen. They give a good insight into the diverse herb and garden world of the Upper Carinthian mountain village. Here the tasty, fragrant and healing plants are processed into aromatic and healthy luxury foods or beneficial health products.
