You are not obliged to provide the data and failure to do so will have no consequences. This applies only as long as no other indication is made in the processing operations listed below. "Personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Server log files
It is possible to visit our website without providing any personal information. When you access our website, usage data is transmitted by your Internet browser and stored in log data - so-called server log files. This log data includes, for example, the name of the page accessed, the date and time of access, the volume of data transferred and the requesting provider, whereby the data is used exclusively to ensure the trouble-free operation of the website and to improve our services. An assignment of this data to a specific person is not possible.
Collection and processing when using the contact form for ordering bulk quantities.
If you fill out our contact form for ordering bulk quantities, then we collect your personal data (name, e-mail address, message text) only to the extent provided by you. In doing so, the data processing serves exclusively the purpose of contacting you. By sending your message, you consent to the processing of the transmitted data and therefore the processing of your data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO with your consent.
You can revoke your consent at any time by notifying us, by mail to info@irschen.com, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation. In doing so, we will only use your email address to process your request and your data will subsequently be deleted, especially if you do not consent to further processing and use.
Collection, processing and use of personal data for online orders
As with the contact form, we also inherit your personzenbezogenen data when ordering online only insofar as this is necessary for the fulfillment and processing of the order placed by you and to process your requests. Here, the provision of the data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract. In case of non-provision, no contract will be concluded. The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO and is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract with you. The transfer of your data to third parties will not take place WITHOUT your express consent. The only exceptions to this are our possible service partners who are required to process the contractual relationship or service providers of whom we make use within the scope of order processing. In addition to the recipients named in this privacy policy in the respective clauses, these are, for example, recipients of the following categories: Shipping service providers, payment service providers, merchandise management service providers, service providers for order processing, web hosts, IT service providers and dropshipping merchants. The legal requirements are strictly adhered to in all cases and the scope of the data transfer is limited to a minimum.

Processing of customer and contract data
We collect, process and use personal customer and contract data for the purpose of establishing, defining the content of and amending our contractual relationships. We collect, process and use personal data about the use of this website (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable the user to use the service or to bill the user. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
The collected customer data will be deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship and expiration of any existing legal retention periods. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
Data transfer upon conclusion of the contract for online stores, dealers and shipment of goods
If you order goods from us, we will pass on your personal data to the transport company entrusted with delivery and to the payment service provider entrusted with payment processing. Only such data is released that the respective service provider requires to fulfill its task. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures. Provided that you have given a corresponding consent according to Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO, we will hand over your e-mail address to the transport company entrusted with the delivery so that they can inform you by e-mail about the shipping status of your order; you can revoke your consent at any time.
